Puffin was found wandering the streets by a concerned cat loving resident in Brewerytown and he chose to help her get a life off the streets of Philly. He contacted GSR for help and we got this little lady to the vet. She is healthy, tested neg, is spayed and up to date on shots. Now she needs a home to call her own. She is a sweet girl who loves people and prefers them to being around other cats. She wants and gives attention and can make your house a home.
